On Sunday 18th Feb the North Haven Div 2 team hosted API and the Div 3 team hosted Penfield Blue for the 5th Round of the Public Course Pennants Series.
Div 2 continued on their winning way winning 7 games and losing 1 game. The win keeps them on top of the Div 2 table and guarantees a finals spot.
Special mention to Joel Stranding who continues to impress with another win which keeps him at the top of the Div 2 player of the series list. Also Jack, Alex and Ian had good wins.
Next week 25th Feb Div 2 play Regency Park at Regency Park starting time TBA.
The Div 3 won their match against Penfield winning 7 to 1/2 gaining revenge for their away loss at Penfield. This makes final qualification look likely.
Congratulations to Sam, Justin Ruth and Joe for solid wins. Congrats to Justin Jenkins for halving his match against tough competitor Eileen Hollis.
Special mention to Ron Baskett for his hole in one effort on the par 3 14th after chipping in on the 13th which helped him win his match..
